For short term (up to one month) vacation stays we offer the studios at an all-inclusive (electricity and water) rate per night. The applicable rate is based the actual booking situation. Book early to take advantage of the lowest rates.
We offer the studios also for long term stays (one month and more). To make you a fair offer, you can choose to pay a rent exclusive of fixed charges for electricity and water. In this case these utilities will be charged to you at cost. If you want more details on long term renting conditions, please get in touch with us directly.
